72-Hour Health Guarantee:

    The health is guaranteed for 72 hours upon receipt of the puppy by the buyer and during this time the puppy should be examined by a licensed veterinarian.   Be sure to take a stool sample to be tested.  Excluding intestinal parasites, the puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of purchase and has been started on vaccinations.  If it is determined by the examining veterinarian that the puppy is not in general good health, the buyer's purchase price will be refunded upon return of the puppy within 72 hours from date of purchase accompanied by a signed and dated statement from the examining veterinarian.

BarnSwallow Guarantee:

    As a breeder, I do the best possible job I can to see that no hereditary problems occur in my puppies.   However, sometimes things surface that are beyond my control.  My breeding stock has been carefully selected and screened for any congenital and hereditary problems.

    Should a congenital or hereditary problem develop during the first year that renders the puppy unfit for the purpose for which it was purchased, the breeder will consider a fair and reasonable settlement upon written confirmation from the examining licensed veterinarian.  Each case will be handled on an individual basis depending upon the severity of the problem and the prognosis for the puppy.

    Should a puppy need to be put down during the first year due to a congenital or hereditary problem, a refund of the original purchase price will be given.  A refund is contingent upon the breeder receiving a signed and dated confirmation from the licensed veterinarian who diagnosed the puppy and performed the euthanasia.
